The food was phenomenal, staff was very friendly, very reasonably priced, and the portions were big.

It's a open air dinning experience, one can get a very good breakfast. American food with homemade goodness.

This place is amazing for breakfast lunch or dinner. Hot fat and good people. Reasonable prices for the amount you get. I ordered the Farmers Omelette. And Texas Toast. Yummy

This place is our new favorite for breakfast. The staff is very friendly and efficient, the food is outstanding and the atmosphere is that of family.The food portions and the food quality are amazing.Service was fast and we did not feel rushed in the least. The prices are fair as ND well worth the experience.

Stopped in for lunch and the food was amazing as always! Super friendly staff and a warm, comfy environment. I had the BLT and it was great! Great to see family owned businesses flourish, will definitely be coming back!

Nice atmosphere, been coming here after church with other church members for about a year for lunch. Good people, good food. Can get crowded at this time of day on a Sunday. Servers do their best to know everyone's names.

Such a great breakfast. Had French toast, scrambled eggs and the Bacon was tasty so tasty. What gave me the extra side of smile, which was free, was our waitress and the great conversation from the table next to us!!

Love this place is u want a old fashion but good cooked meal even uptodate meals this is the spot cheap and u leave full love the atmosphere and the comfort and the good food it quiet and cosy must try even in morning

My family and I ate there this morning, very welcoming staff. My first time there I had the eggs and hashbrowns and they were great. Highly recommend.

A friend told us of this restaurant and we are so happy! Love the food choices on the menu as well as the fresh salad bar offerings. The owners use fresh ingredients, e.g. hand prepared fresh potatoes, and work hard to provide customers with the most food value for the least cost. Our only wish is that we lived closer!

Always great breakfast, and great perch dinner.. one of the few remaining Ma and Pa type places. The staff is always friendly and fast!

We took my dad out for a birthday breakfast (this is one of his favorite places to eat) and it was my first time here. I have to say, first of all they were very busy, and the building is small both inside and out...but DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE BY WITHOUT STOPPING IN! We had a fairly large group, 10 of us in total, and while I believe my brother did call ahead, they accommodated our group (7 adults, 1 teen, 2 toddlers) graciously! The food was great, and the portions were large enough that the teenage boy couldn't finish his stack of pancakes! On top of all that, we had the best service i have experienced at a restaurant in quite some time! Not only was our waitress friendly (AND incredibly patient even though she was swamped!!) but the entire small staff made us feel completely welcomed. The entire experience felt more like we were having breakfast at an old friends house and not at a restaurant. Simply amazing. Now I know why my dad likes it here so much!

Breakfast food is always good. Sides can be a bit high priced though, but not a dealbreaker. Service is good.

My husband and I live in Midland, but Kawkawlin Restaurant is one of our favorites. John love Chinese food, I am all American food. We get both. Plus we get breakfast any time of the day. Big porsions are served. I take home, John says all of his.

Great place. Acoustics in this place are weird though. It always seems very loud in the dining room.

This place has never disappointed me yet. The staff is always friendly, the food is always good. Even on a busy morning I still get my food faster than any restaurant. I eat here at least once a week and will continue to do so. Definitely would recommend.

My wife and I had breakfast. The food was good. The service was good. The prices were good. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent food, service for your dollar

I won't say it's the end-all, be-all of restaurants, but if you're in the mood for a greasy burger or a gravy-smothered sandwich, you could do far worse. Kawkawlin Restaurant has a nice, quiet vibe despite being close to the highway. Consider it a nice pitstop on the way to wherever you're going.
